Job description: Implements Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Security engineering, support and contributes to the division strategy and goals, supports the ICS Security sustainment activities, provides project support and participates in ICS Security audits, risk assessments, technology evaluations, & self-assessments, advises ICS Custodians and ICSE Technicians to ensure ICS Security maintenance performance is achieved, and supports the ICS Security Lead in periodic reviews of ICS security equipment strategies, ICS Security Policy and Design Specifications. Key Job Accountabilities - I: Support the development of ICS Security related procedures, work practices, specifications, manuals, equipment strategies and ensure these are up to date and fit-for-purpose. Participate in ICS Security incident investigations or Root Cause Failure Analysis, continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives. Serve as advisor to ICS Custodians and ICSE Technicians to ensure alignment with the ICS Security Policy. Identify limitations of existing systems, recommend best practices and upgrades Provide technical support for clarifying, following and implementing ICS Security Policy requirements across engineering sections, development teams, expansion teams, and operations. Key Job Accountabilities - II: Support ICS Security Team in planning and conducting periodic ICS Security self-assessments to evaluate compliance to the ICS Security Policy. Participate in life cycle management review of ICS in scope inventory and update inventory periodically. Participate in key ICS Security related activities, audit action items, self-assessments. Participate in ICS risk assessments, technology evaluations, and deviation requests, DRP simulations. Guide less experienced engineers in implementing the company integrity and reliability systems. Provide support to CAT3 and CAT4/5/6 projects at all stages of development to ensure ICS Security policy requirements are included in all deliverables. Qualifications: Control Automation or Computer Engineering Degree from a recognized university institution. Knowledge and/or Experience: 8 years’ experience in Oil and Gas Industry operations, technical / engineering. Experience of implementing security controls within an OT environment. Understanding of different Industrial Control Systems environments. Knowledgeable of Company security policies. Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
