Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or in person
Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with product or service information
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Troubleshoot customer problems and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by being responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in computer and technology systems
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
