Key Result Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, interpret data from various internal & external sources
Analyze quantitative data & create meaningful quality dashboards & reports to understand & identify key indicators to improve & develop medium & long-term business plans that serve to achieve the company’s strategy and objectives
Monitor & track various performance metrics, highlight any anomaly & suggest improvements.
Create various BI visuals for commercial departments & incorporate changes as required based on business understanding & requirement
Contribute to commercial revenue budgeting process for the airlines group
Generate & evaluate results from various commercial promotions, by providing comparison trends
Take ownership of managing various critical system parameters, related to revenue & system features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to develop data driven business insights which ensure alignment across departments to achieve commercial objectives
Profile description:
Qualifications & Experience:
3 to 5 years’ experience as an analyst in airline pricing sector or experience in revenue management
Experience in creating business intelligence reports using Power BI/Tableau. Writing SQL queries (an asset)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools
Familiar with Infare, GDS and ATPCO fare filing
Analytical skills, ability to synthesize and solve problems
Autonomy, strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure, well developed prioritization and time planning skills
