Key Result Areas: Oversee and communicate updated QF HC policies and procedures to senior staff, ensuring comprehensive understanding and adherence. Manage employee resignations/terminations, handling final settlements and coordinating with relevant departments for a smooth transition. Monitor staff attendance and leave records, ensuring compliance and maintaining an adequately skilled workforce. Coordinate business travel arrangements for DIFI staff and international guests, overseeing visa processing, accommodation, and reporting on business trip activities. Develop and maintain meticulous personnel records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Generate statistical reports for management, providing insights into senior-level workforce dynamics and development initiatives. Coordinate training and development programs tailored to aligning initiatives with career growth and organizational needs. Handle DIFI interns and job seekers trainee registrations, onboarding, attendance and progression reports. Organize and provide high-level administrative support for DIFI meetings and presentations. Assist in drafting agreements and MOUs and submit them for QF Legal revision. Facilitate the recruitment of Consultants and Contributors, ensuring the acquisition of top talent for the organization. Prepare essential documents, such as memos and circulars and ensure their delivery to the organization. Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 2-5 years of relevant full-time work experience Good communication and presentation skills Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office applications
