You will bridge the gap between consumer-facing simplicity and enterprise-level complexity, creating intuitive, scalable interfaces for both shoppers and internal business users. You must embrace a mobile-first approach, ensuring seamless experiences across all devices. Key Responsibilities - Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for E-Commerce (product pages, checkout, dashboards) and ERP modules (inventory, orders, reporting). - Simplify complex data-heavy workflows into clean, usable interfaces for internal enterprise users. - Conduct user research and usability testing for both B2C and B2B scenarios. - Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility and consistency. - Maintain and evolve design systems across both product lines. Required Experience & Tools - 3–5 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience, including E-Commerce (e.g., Shopify, Magento, custom stores) and ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo) projects. - AI software system design experience – designing interfaces for AI-powered features (e.g., recommendation engines, predictive analytics, smart assistants, or automated workflows). - Responsive design experience across multiple platforms: web, iOS, and Android – with a strong portfolio showing adaptive interfaces for different screen sizes and devices. - Portfolio must show clear examples of E-Commerce, ERP/enterprise UI, AI-integrated systems, and responsive/multi-platform designs. - Proficiency in at least three of the following tools: - Figma (advanced – components, auto layout, prototyping) - Sketch or Adobe XD - Axure RP (for complex ERP workflows) - Miro (workshops, journey mapping) - Zeplin or Abstract (handoff) Nice to Have - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or design tokens. - Experience with data visualization (charts, tables, filters). - UI development skills (e.g., React Native) – ability to bridge design and code is a strong plus.
