Job Description: Tele-call to potential or existing customers to inform them about a product and sell products using approved scripts. Answer questions about products/handling objections and completing the sales. Updating customer information in the CRM. Ensuring all the product features explained properly and completing the sales with no after sales complaints. MIS & reports - Daily calls status, CRM updates, Sales data etc. Success ratio – Offering the right products to the customers. Ensure to meet the calls target set for the day. Requirements: Experience : minimum 6 months of tele-sales experience in outbound calling preferred Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree Skills & Abilities: Banking knowledge on credit cards Good Communication Skills Product/Service Knowledge Customer Focus Negotiation Skills Goal Oriented
