We are seeking to manage our projects in a very formal manner while the team is able to execute the technical side of the projects. ✦ Short Summary The Position will orchestrate multiple Telecommunications related projects. From inception to final delivery and handover to operation with oversight of all aspects of the project. Gathering requirements, planning, scope definition, execution, timelines, budget, resources, risks, prioritization, coordination of stakeholders, communication and project leadership, consolidation of interrelated projects. The position will be responsible for the formal, methodology based, management of the projects. The position will guide the organization through the critical path to success of the projects. The position is expected to manage around 25 projects. ✦ Organization As of the current Organization, the position: Will report to the Carrier Operations Director Will be a job peer of the other areas of the department. Will be part of a B2B Carrier department that manages all interactions with Mobile Telecommunications Service Providers. ✦ Environment Will join a team of 10+ individuals from different cultural backgrounds located in 3+ locations worldwide. Will face multiple telecommunications queries and Business situations, where he/she will have room and liberty to learn and take action in line with his/her seniority. Will join a flexible team very respectful with the personal-professional life balance. ✦ Duties According to the provided expertise and seniority of the employee the duties are but are not limited to: The role involves developing comprehensive project plans, defining project scope and deliverables, and creating detailed work breakdown structures. Ensure project transparency by facilitating team communication, conducting routing syncs, and providing executive briefings. Proactively manage information flow between departments via regular meetings and tailored updates for stakeholders and executives. Establish and manage effective communication channels to keep all parties aligned and informed. Drive project momentum by proactively identifying blockers, chasing deliverables, and facilitating solutions. Monitor project progress to proactively identify potential roadblocks, resource constraints and risks. Lead troubleshooting efforts, facilitate solutioning sessions and own the outcome to keep projects on track. Take ownership of the project lifecycle by relentlessly chasing deliverables, ensuring accountability, and validating the completion of all project analysis and milestones to guarantee successful and timely outcomes. Will be responsible for the delivery of full project analysis. Manage Projects with strong content of technical telecommunications objectives. Manage or support Technology projects with content of technical telecommunications objectives. Strongly interact with the Technology departments so the Carrier department is well provided by the available technologies. Strongly interact with the Technology departments so the Carrier department initiatives are well integrated in the company business to provide the most value. Use email and chat tools to interact with customers, colleagues and third parties. Attend Video & Audio calls and meetings with providers, colleagues and customers in order to perform the assigned responsibilities. Use Mobile installed applications for security purposes to access the different platforms. Comply with all company processes as required using the selected tools. As a Carrier Operations Team Member Present periodic status reports and be ready to respond, on the spot, about the specific status of any project. Candidates must be able to work within time zones close to GMT for team collaboration. The position can be fully performed remotely most of the time. Depending on the region, team and customer needs, partial on-premise work is required.
