About the Project:

A technology company that provides cloud-based infrastructure and platform services, typically focused on helping businesses build, run, and scale applications in the cloud.

 

Responsibilities

– Supporting Customers with product-specific issues over the zoom/email/ticketing system.

– Preparation, planning, and consulting with the Customers in regard to the deployment of the product.

– Installation of the product in cooperation with the Customers.

– Customer training in regard to the proper deployment/configuration, and usage of the product.

– Consulting with the Customers in terms of potential issues in the Customer environment, that could impact the proper functionality of the product.

– Preventive maintenance of the product to ensure optimal functionality, and efficiency.

 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working with Windows
• 3+ years of experience in network infrastructures
• 3+ years of experience with Linux
• Experience with VMware
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
