What you'll do: Managing the assigned Dark Store cluster (2-3 DS) effectively across fulfillment and logistics. Oversee Team Leads in the daily operations of their respective store. Ensure adherence to SOPs. Support in manpower allocation across stores. Addressing issues and supporting the team in achieving their best performance. Crunch numbers and derive insights and recommendations to improve operations. Ensure timely and clear communication with all stakeholders. What you'll need: Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel Good communication and coordination skills Ability to roll up sleeves and get your hands dirty Capable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortably Understanding Ops metrics and stakeholder management Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work schedule
