About the job Job Responsibility Assist the store team with pre-retail activities such as GRN, scanning, and tagging to ensure smooth stock processing .Maintain a well-organized stock room to support efficient sales operations .Ensure the stock room is clean, tidy, and meets both company and brand standards .Suggest and implement ideas to improve stock room productivity and storage capacity .Align stock room layout, folding, and sizing standards with the sales floor for easy replenishment .Ensure compliance with all health and safety guidelines to minimize risks and accidents .Support sales by replenishing and recovering stock from the stock room to the shop floor efficiently .Assist the sales team on the shop floor when required to help drive revenue .Monitor and control stock levels to reduce discrepancies during shipments, transfers, and inventory checks .Support loss prevention by preparing for inventory activities, monitoring stock room access, and ensuring proper CCTV visibility . Job Requirement s Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in stock room or store supervision role s.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage stock efficientl y.Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with sales and management team s.
