Stock Associate (Storekeeper)

Job Responsibility

• Assist the store team with pre-retail activities such as GRN, scanning, and tagging to ensure smooth stock processing
• .Maintain a well-organized stock room to support efficient sales operations
• .Ensure the stock room is clean, tidy, and meets both company and brand standards
• .Suggest and implement ideas to improve stock room productivity and storage capacity
• .Align stock room layout, folding, and sizing standards with the sales floor for easy replenishment
• .Ensure compliance with all health and safety guidelines to minimize risks and accidents
• .Support sales by replenishing and recovering stock from the stock room to the shop floor efficiently
• .Assist the sales team on the shop floor when required to help drive revenue
• .Monitor and control stock levels to reduce discrepancies during shipments, transfers, and inventory checks
• .Support loss prevention by preparing for inventory activities, monitoring stock room access, and ensuring proper CCTV visibility

Job Requirement

• s Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in stock room or store supervision role
