Key Responsibilities: Contribute to all activities ensuring Etisalat UAE’s full compliance with all TDRA and other regulatory guidelines for technical and nontechnical instructions Audit regulatory affairs processes at Etisalat UAE and assist in suggesting improvements Implement internal controls and compliance mechanisms as well as external measures to comply with the stipulated regulations and instructions across Etisalat UAE Collect, analyze and help report on corporate metrics (KPIs) to the governmental regulatory authorities Support monitoring activities of TDRA regulations and technical instructions and affected processes and stakeholders in order to ensure proper management of all related functions Support activities ensuring adherence of business processes and practices stipulated by the required regulations to protect Etisalat UAE shareholder’s interests and assuring business continuity during unforeseen circumstances Assist in measuring and reporting on Etisalat UAE’s compliance with required regulations set by the TDRA and other regulatory bodies Help provide regulatory consultations to Etisalat UAE on key national and international regulatory developments after the assessment of potential implications; spread awareness about the required regulations and liaise with departments to ensure they meet all required regulations Study violation notices sent by TDRA and help provide regulatory response on them and on violations imposed by violation committee, through the violations electronic system; Build and manage a database of all Etisalat violations Handle and resolve customer complaints as per national regulatory framework Submit complaints of other entities that affect Etisalat UAE’s rights and interest to TDRA Assist in representing Etisalat in front of TDRA regarding violations and investigations, as and when required Manage settlement of disputes related to the implementation of regulations with TDRA, operators, and service providers Support the study of the impact of TDRA decisions related to customer's complaints Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's in Business Administration, Law, Engineering or another business , or a technical field. 6-8 years of experience in a large telecom service provider handling regulatory compliance relations
