About the job Primary Purpose Of The Job The organization is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end project lifecycle of highly integrated, industry-leading Hydrocarbon Information Management Systems (HIMS). This role plays a critical part in enabling business-critical operations across the LNG value chain by ensuring that systems remain optimized, secure, and responsive to evolving business needs. This position demands a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership to manage complex implementations, drive system enhancements, and align technology with business goals. The Senior IT Project Manager will lead cross-functional collaboration and engage external partners to deliver complex IT solutions that drive operational excellence and measurable business outcomes. Required Experience And Skills Proven track record in leading and managing IT application implementation projects using various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction. Proficient in change management and adapting project plans in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Strong capabilities in managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Skilled in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning. Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive accountability, and align diverse teams toward shared goals. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs, information security practices, and technological advancements. Deep understanding of procurement processes and vendor relationship management. Committed to continuous improvement and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Prior experience with Energy Components or similar applications is a strong advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across technical and business teams. Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science. Minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably within the Energy sector, with a strong background in project management and successfully leading complex IT projects. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master demonstrating a commitment to project management excellence and industry best practices
