We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Social Media Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be a storyteller at heart with a proven track record of growing digital communities and managing multi-platform social strategies.

Candidate Requirements To align with our current team structure and specific project needs, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Age: 23–35 years old
  • Location: Must be willing to work on-site at our office in Doha, Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
  • Content Management: Manage content calendars and daily publishing for multiple accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Growth & Engagement: Drive follower growth and improve engagement metrics through optimized posting times, reels, stories, and hashtag strategies.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan and monitor paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and reach; oversee marketplace performance on platforms like Amazon and Noon.
  • Analytics: Track KPIs and deliver detailed monthly performance reports using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and third-party tools.
  • Community Management: Respond to audience interactions in real-time to build loyalty and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside designers and marketing teams; manage influencer partnerships and User-Generated Content (UGC) integration.
  • Trends & Innovation: Lead trend research and A/B testing on creatives/captions to stay ahead of algorithm changes and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in managing professional social media accounts.
  • Expertise in short-form video content (TikTok/Reels) and professional storytelling (LinkedIn).
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and digital ad optimization.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable content shifts.
  • Excellent communication skills and a creative eye for digital aesthetics.
