Duties & Responsibilities: Assist the Department Head of Preclinical Affairs to implement Simulation strategies and initiatives Work with the respective faculty on simulation education, programs, and training Responsible for budget preparation, planning, space allocation and utilization of resources and staff in the simulation center. Lead the strategic development, maintenance and operations of skill labs, medium and high-fidelity simulation environment in line with strategic directions of the university. Identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, implementation and integration of simulation technology into existing healthcare programs. Ensures compliance to standards of best practicein simulation. Qualifications: Educationand Certifications: Bachelor and master’s degree in nursing or other health related discipline Prattled Certified Health Simulation Educators (CHSE)
