HiCareer is supporting a B2B SaaS company (120+ employees across Europe) in hiring an SEO & AI Content Strategist. The company builds productivity software used globally by tech teams and professionals — and organic growth is a core driver of their marketing.

This is an exciting role for a marketer who understands both traditional SEO and the world of AI search. You’ll combine creative storytelling with analytics and experimentation to grow visibility and authority in multiple markets.

🎯 What You’ll Work On

• Research keywords and shape content strategy for organic growth
• Optimise site architecture and on-page SEO for better visibility
• Test AI-assisted workflows for content ideation, clustering, and optimisation
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging, high-quality articles
• Track performance using tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and SurferSEO

🚀 First 6 Months

• Launch an updated SEO strategy focused on priority topics and markets
• Deliver a data-driven content plan using AI research tools
• Achieve measurable growth in key rankings and organic traffic
• Build a consistent feedback loop between content, data, and conversion metrics

✅ What They’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in SEO, content, or growth marketing
• Knowledge of keyword research, content structure, and link-building strategy
• Interest in AI-driven search and new discovery platforms (SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity)
• Data-driven mindset; comfortable working with analytics and performance metrics
• Fluent in English, with strong writing and communication skills

🌍 Setup

• Remote-first across EMEA (CET ±3h). We work with an external payroll service to handle your employment.
• Reports to Head of Growth; works closely with Content and Product Marketing
