Role Description We’re looking for a Private Lifestyle Manager to join our client’s team. If you’re an organised, service-obsessed professional who thrives in luxury hospitality and wants to contribute to an innovative, app-led member experience, while gaining exposure within a rapidly scaling company in Europe, this could be the opportunity for you. You’ll play a crucial role in handling reservation requests end to end, coordinating suppliers, and communicating with members through the app, driving flawless execution and member delight. This position offers significant personal and professional growth within a supportive, quality-driven, remote environment. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for European members via the app, delivering warm, prompt and professional support Manage end-to-end reservations across restaurants, travel, events and gifting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Prioritise and action multiple requests concurrently while maintaining agreed SLAs and service quality Liaise with trusted suppliers in hospitality, travel, events and retail to source availability and secure confirmations Support senior Lifestyle Managers on complex or high-profile briefs to ensure seamless outcomes Maintain clear, concise written updates in the app and keep meticulous records of bookings and changes Minimum Qualifications Demonstrable experience in luxury hospitality, premium concierge, five-star guest relations or similar service environments Excellent written German at with crisp, error-free messaging; strong written English is also required for internal collaboration Proven track record handling high-volume customer enquiries with calm, sound judgement and discretion Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing, time-sensitive priorities without dropping detail Genuine passion for service and creating memorable experiences for discerning clients Comfortable working fully remote, collaborating across European time zones in an app-first environment Bonus Qualifications Experience supporting HNW/UHNW clients or VIP programmes within hospitality or travel Strong knowledge or network across leading European restaurants, hotels, events and ticketing Company Benefits Top-of-the-market pay.
