Senior Software Engineer – Oracle Access Portal (OAP CRM)

We are hiring for one our clients which is a telecom operator in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise applications using PHP (Yii2 Framework).
• Demonstrate strong knowledge and hands-on experience in developing CRM applications within the telecom domain.
• Implement modular and scalable architecture for telecom operations
• Manage end-to-end development, including UI, backend, and Oracle database integration.
• Develop and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) mechanism
• Ensure secure implementation of security protocols and best practices.
• Implement audit logging for tracking sensitive operations
• Possess experience in Customer & Account Management, Service Management, Subscription & Plan Management, Customer Operations, Billing & Financial Operations, and Monitoring & Tracking.
• The candidate must have hands-on experience in implementing:
• Real-time validation (blur/tab/submit)
• Grid-based data management (filter, move, sync)
• Fix complex UI issues.
