Senior Manager – Corporate Cards (Sales Performance & Enablement)
We are hiring a Senior Manager to drive pipeline management, sales performance, and go-to-market enablement for corporate card solutions across enterprise and government clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline & Sales Performance
- Partner with Relationship Managers (RMs) to build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
- Define sales governance, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Drive deal prioritization, opportunity sizing, and conversion tracking
- Lead sales cadence reviews to accelerate acquisition and activation
Sales Incentives & Performance
- Design and implement incentive structures aligned to acquisition, activation, and usage
- Embed card-specific KPIs into RM performance frameworks
Go-to-Market & Enablement
- Develop sales collateral (pitch decks, playbooks, case studies, brochures)
- Ensure clear articulation of value proposition, pricing, and use cases
- Align with product and marketing teams on messaging and branding.
Training & Stakeholder Management
- Deliver training programs for RMs and sales teams.
- Act as SME in client discussions and complex deals.
Implementation & Customer Experience
- Oversee end-to-end implementation of corporate card use cases (T&E, procurement, virtual cards, supplier payments).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.
- Monitor customer onboarding, service performance, and post-launch support.
