Senior Manager – Global Connectivity and Projects

    Key Responsibilities:
    Execute the Project Delivery activities and monitor its implementation to ensure successful delivery of products and services and compliance with quality standards and timeframes.
    Act as the acceleration & Escalation point for all major project delivery issues and effectively resolve the same.
    Coordinate with the relevant teams to maximize billable utilization and revenue, and work to minimize unbillable utilization rates.
    Supervise all the relevant partners/vendors to deliver the projects as per customer requirements.
    Analyze and monitor capacity planning and forecasting data produced by subordinates.
    Oversee the post project evaluations, to learn and share this knowledge with the wider team sand strategically plan changes in improvement.
    Ensure efficient and consistent documentation of processes are defined, implemented and maintained.
    Analyze current and future capacity levels and where any shortfalls occur detail strategic actions to be taken.
    Guide the development of technical estimates, work plans and methodologies to systemize project delivery and hence reduce risks from arising.
    Cultivate the resource management and project delivery management functions strategically.
    Design PMO services and delivery Eco system for Bespoke project & strategically analyzing and improving billable utilization.
    Administer Project Delivery Management processes and methods.
    Manage the successful implementation of the Project Delivery ’s strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverables.
    Analysis of project data and production of information for strategic management review and take proper guiding instructions accordingly.
    Set verticals goals deadlines, prioritizing objectives and assigning team members to various deliverables to ensure accountability within the team and drive the success of the team members.
    Overseeing projects performance and ensuring members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company’s standards and processes.
    Seek implementation efficiencies to meet and exceed the financial expectations established at portfolio initiation.
    Prepare regular status reporting of current engagement.
    Drive collaboration throughout Inventory Mgmt., Stocking , RMA Management and ensure process tolerance.
    Represent Etisalat externally (e.g., with customers, vendors and industry peers).

    Qualification & Experience:
    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science or equivalent.
    ITIL Expert & Six Sigma.
    Master degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or related fields (desired).
    Experience in Engineering, IT Management & Project delivery in telecommunications or IT industry.
    Experience in a leadership position in Project & SI technology organizations.
    Service Delivery and Customer Support experience.
