Senior Executive – Solutions Development

    Key Accountabilities:
    Plan, conceptualize, configure, and build solutions that solve Industry challenges or client supply chain pain points.
    Liaise with all logistics business units across geographies and regions to develop and execute Customer projects.
    Act as a consultant to the Trade Development and Logistics (TD&L) – collaborating across BU’s to deliver compelling value proposition for TD&L.
    Research, Identify and develop new Value added logistics services across targeted commodities. Detailing the cost and revenue streams.
    Draft proposed processes for execution of value add services & client solutions
    Support development of customer specific value propositions and sales pitch documents.
    Develop success stories that can be used by sales to showcase specific value propositions.
    Engage in periodic discussion with clients on new product developments & enhancements
    Support The sales team in Solution selling and client onboarding with Operations.
    Perform additional assignments and projects as requested by the Business/Management

    Qualifications, Experience and Skill:
    Essential Qualification: Degree in business/logistics.

    Work Experience:
    4-5 years of working experience within logistics & supply chain. Regional experience with focus on value add services/commodity expertise.
