Key Responsibilities Insight Development: Conduct research, customer studies, and market benchmarking to support product innovation and service enhancements Strategic Analysis: Build business cases, create financial models, and provide recommendations to guide decision-making Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape future product and service strategies Reporting: Develop executive presentations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights clearly and effectively Continuous Improvement: Evaluate new opportunities and support strategic reviews across the product lifecycle Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between analysis and implementation Skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Able to connect data with real business outcomes Experience with product or service design environments Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, and data modelling tools Clear communication and presentation abilities Strong grasp of customer-focused planning and commercial performance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Hospitality, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, product research, or service innovation Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) or equivalent preferred Applicants currently living in Qatar and holding a valid QID will be prioritised Job ID: 14072507-114VG
