Job Description: Strategic SAP Configuration: Configure and manage the SAP S/4HANA suite to align with changing business processes, ensuring solutions are effectively integrated into the existing landscape. Design & Customization: Propose and implement design solutions for the SAP system, including customizations to enhance functionality. Technical Specifications Development: Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for SAP S/4HANA, ensuring vendors have the necessary information for implementation. Gap Analysis & Solution Implementation: Conduct gap analyses between business requirements and SAP solutions, proposing and implementing effective bridges. Comprehensive Testing & Validation: Lead testing phases to ensure that SAP solutions meet or exceed business objectives, focusing on system integrity and performance. Data Integrity & Transfer Supervision: Oversee data integration efforts, ensuring accuracy and integrity in data transfers between systems. Migration & Upgrade Leadership: Direct migration and upgrade projects for SAP S/4HANA, including planning, testing, and execution. Retail Sector Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of retail business processes to address and solve supply chain and distribution challenges through SAP solutions. Change Management & ITIL Adherence: Implement and manage changes in the SAP environment following ITIL best practices to ensure minimal disruption to business operations. Requirements: Desired Skills & Experience Proven SAP Leadership: Minimum 7 years of experience with SAP environments, including at least 5 years focused on S/4HANA, with a track record of successful full-cycle implementation and support projects. Deep Module Knowledge: Extensive expertise in key SAP modules, including SD, MM, and FICO, with a strong grasp of their integration points and business impacts. Retail Sector Understanding: Significant experience in the retail industry, particularly in addressing supply chain and inventory challenges through SAP solutions. Project Management Excellence: Demonstrated ability to lead SAP migration and upgrade projects, from planning through to execution and post-live support. Collaborative Teamwork: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders. Required Skillset: Mastery of SAP Org Structure configuration for Material Management (MM) and Sales & Distribution (SD). Proficient in procurement cycles, inventory management, vendor processes, and warehouse management within SAP. Expert knowledge in SD Org Structure, pricing, sales processes, and SAP promotion modules. Optional Skillset: Advanced ABAP programming skills for custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms. Experience with SAP interfaces like IDocs, ALE, EDI, and other interfacing methodologies. Proficiency in SAP Fiori and UI5 application development or coordination. Familiarity with HANA database management and performance optimization. Knowledge of SAP network architecture.
