Job Summary:
The Sales Specialist – Medical Consumables & Furnitures is responsible for promoting and selling medical consumables, devices, and medical Furnitures to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare facilities. The role involves developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s portfolio of medical consumables, devices, and furniture’s to healthcare providers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and laboratories.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations to healthcare professionals.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, biomedical engineers, procurement departments, and hospital management.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical explanations to customers.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market developments and customer needs.
- Identify new products and opportunities for portfolio expansion.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts departments for order processing and delivery.
- Ensure accurate documentation for sales orders, delivery notes, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain updated customer records and sales reports in ERP systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Participate in product training sessions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical technologies and products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business Administration.
- Additional certification in medical sales or healthcare management is an advantage. Mandatory
Requirements:
- Candidates with 2–5 years of experience in sales of medical consumables, medical devices and hospital furniture’s only need to apply.
- Experience working with hospitals and healthcare institutions is required. Valid driving license is mandatory.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of medical devices and hospital procurement processes.
- Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
