About the job This role is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of all entry point sales locations including airport kiosks, duty-free outlets, and border sales counters. The manager ensures these sales location run efficiently, deliver outstanding customer service, and achieve revenue, growth, and sales quality targets. This position plays a key role in capturing inbound customers, driving footfall through partnerships, and gaining market shared and maintaining regulatory and operational excellence.
