Primary Purpose :

Achieving daily sales goals by providing a distinguished shopping experience, organizing products within the store, and ensuring the accuracy of sales operations. He also adheres to the standards of cleanliness and general appearance, and participates in receiving and arranging the goods in a way that supports the branch’s objectives and enhances customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Welcoming customers, understanding their needs and providing the right products
  • Achieving daily sales goals by enhancing the customer experience.
  • Dealing with complaints and inquiries professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Enter products into the system accurately, ensuring they are arranged according to a FIFO (oldest first) policy to minimize waste.
  • Organizing products inside the store in an attractive way according to company standards.
  • Maintaining the daily cleanliness of the store and arranging the shelves and warehouse to ensure a comfortable shopping environment.
  • Gain detailed knowledge of perfumes, their ingredients, and ways to use them
  • Highlighting promotions and providing advice to enhance sales.
  • Contributing to opening the branch on time and ensuring its readiness for work.
  • Recording daily sales, closing the cashier, and organizing the store for the end of the day.
  • Performs any work requested by the direct manager.

 

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

 

Experience:

1-2 Years Experience In same role .

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and great customer service.
  • Knowledge of the basics of selling and POS management such as Odoo.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle work pressure and achieve sales goals.
  • Good in English Language.
