Due to business expansion on in EMEA region, Quectel is looking for motivated and proactive candidates to join our team. Overview of the Role: We are looking for a SoC Sales Manager to drive the sales of Quectel’s Smart Module and SoC portfolio across the Italy, Greece, East Europe, Middle East & Turkey region. The role requires a strong understanding of Android and Linux-based systems and the advantages of the SoC approach. You should be familiar with major SoC providers such as Qualcomm, NXP, TI, Ambarella, and MTK. This position involves leveraging market knowledge in key verticals—such as edge computing, in-car entertainment, robotics, smart POS, and video streaming—while identifying new opportunities, acquiring key accounts, and leading customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Working closely with the Quectel regional Sales Team, to identify new customers, understand customer requirements and define a compelling product /value proposition • Developing a good understanding of the customer needs, solutions, and vertical market • Exceed quarterly and annual targets. Through forecast and financial planning • Develop pipeline through prospecting, cross selling with Wireless Solutions Sales Team and industry events • Aligning with the Country / Regional Sales Leadership • Own and manage customer relationships and interactions through all stages of the sales cycle, as well as working with the Bid and Commercial Team on formal customer responses • Utilisation of CRM tool to manage customer contacts, pipeline and opportunities Required competences: • 3-7 years of work experience. In-depth, understanding of the IoT, landscape, platforms, competitors, and overall value chain • Be familiar with current major SoC chip and module solutions providers like: Qualcomm, NXP, TI, Ambarella, MTK • Proven track record of achieving “business development” sales targets, working in an “overlay” role • Proven stakeholder management experience • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in English • Ability to develop joint strategic sales plans for increased revenue and market share • Ability to translate customer requirements into strategic proposals Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted!
