Job Summary
We’re hiring our VP of Research to lead three cutting-edge labs — RL Environments, RL in Robotics, and Human Data Research — driving both internal R&D and collaborations with top AI labs.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute the company’s long-term research vision.
- Build and lead world-class research teams across multiple domains.
- Partner with leading AI labs, universities, and industry collaborators.
- Translate research breakthroughs into product and business impact.
- Represent the company in top research and industry forums.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience building and scaling research organizations.
- Strong presence in the AI research community (publications, collaborations, thought leadership).
- Ability to balance scientific exploration with business strategy.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence.
- PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to have
- Expertise in RL environments, RLHF or Robotics (real-world data).
