Required Civil Project Manager

Summary: The Civil Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end civil construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role is critical to the success of the organization’s growth, requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective coordination across multidisciplinary teams. The manager will oversee project execution from planning to completion, maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while driving performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage civil construction and infrastructure projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate daily site activities to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and construction progress in real time
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and on-site teams
• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
• Review technical drawings, contracts, project documents, and specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or operational challenges promptly
• Prepare and deliver progress reports to management and clients
• Optimize the use of resources, materials, and manpower across project phases
• Ensure all projects meet client expectations and are delivered on schedule

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in civil construction and project management
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven leadership and communication skills with a track record of team coordination
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, and project lifecycle management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD is an advantage
