Require an Accountant in Doha,Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

▪️ Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
▪️ Manage and monitor cash flow planning and forecasting.
▪️ Prepare, review, and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
▪️ Assist management in budget preparation, financial planning, and cost control initiatives.
▪️ Support sales forecasting and provide financial insights to drive business decisions.
▪️ Perform variance analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
▪️ Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and reconciliation of accounts.
▪️ Monitor inventory accounting, food cost analysis, and operational expenses.
▪️ Assist in developing financial models and business performance reports.
▪️ Support audits and ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
▪️ Collaborate with operations and management teams to improve financial performance.
▪️ Maintain strong internal controls and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

▪️ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory).
▪️ Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
▪️ Professional qualifications such as CMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
▪️ Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and internal controls.
▪️ Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
▪️ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
▪️ Qatar-based candidates are preferred.Preferred Competencies:

▪️ Experience in multi-outlet restaurant, café, catering, or hospitality operations.
▪️ Strong understanding of inventory management and food cost controls.
▪️ Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable business recommendations.
▪️ Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
▪️ High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
▪️ Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
