Require a Finance Manager in Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee financial reporting, compliance, audits, and regulatory submissions
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
* Drive finance process automation and digital transformation projects
* Ensure compliance with QCB regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls
* Manage financial analysis, profitability reporting, and business performance reviews
* Supervise finance operations, payroll, reconciliations, and banking relationships

Requirements

* Minimum 8–10 years of experience in financial management, including team leadership roles
* Strong experience in finance automation, digitalization, and ERP systems
* Experience in the Exchange House or Financial Services sector is mandatory
* Strong knowledge of IAS, IFRS, and Qatar Central Bank (QCB) regulations
* Experience in regulatory reporting, audits, budgeting, financial analysis, and internal controls
* Proven ability to manage finance teams and support strategic business decisions
* Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
