Job Summary Aman Hospital is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Department (IPD) team. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care to inpatients
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the medical team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and infection control standards
• Support patients and families with education and emotional care

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Valid Nursing License (Qatar license preferred or eligible for licensing)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an inpatient hospital setting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work shifts and in a fast-paced environment
