You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, supporting key oil & gas projects across the region. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for upstream, downstream & support roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce and project requirements. Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent databases. Conduct screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. Maintain accurate data in the ATS and generate hiring reports. Build a strong talent pipeline for future project needs. Ensure compliance with GCC labor laws and company policies. ________________________________________ What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3–4 years of recruitment experience in the Oil & Gas sector (GCC region). Familiar with technical roles (drilling, production, HSE, engineering, maintenance, etc.). Experience managing project-based and bulk recruitment drives. Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Strong command of ATS and recruitment platforms. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in EPC / onshore / offshore recruitment. CIPD, SHRM, or HR certification is an added advantage.
