Job Title: Receptionist – Real Estate – FEMALE

Experience: 2–3 years (Qatar real estate experience mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors professionally at the reception
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to sales and leasing
  • Coordinate property viewing schedules and appointments
  • Maintain client records and update CRM systems
  • Assist sales and leasing teams with administrative support
  • Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and courier services
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable

Requirements

Requirements & Skills:

    • 2–3 years experience as a receptionist in a real estate company in Qatar
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
    • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems
    • Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes
  • Fluency in English and Arabic – preferred
