The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, capable of managing front desk operations while providing administrative and executive support. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently Manage and coordinate calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments Provide executive-level administrative support, including handling correspondence and meeting coordination Organize and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Maintain a polished and professional reception area Perform general clerical and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative experience is a plus Prior experience in a front-desk, receptionist, or executive assistant role preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in European languages is a plus) Professional appearance and client-facing skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools Available to join immediately
