Key Responsibilities: Ensure special needs service is fit for purpose and meets international best practices. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the special needs center; provide metrics supporting key performance measures. Ensure high-quality, evidence-based practices including but not limited to: comprehensive evaluation and diagnosis, early intervention, Special education, Inclusive education and coordinating services; multidisciplinary therapeutic services, vocational and supported job programs’; and training and development of professional staff. Provide expertise in training, program development, and evaluation in special education. Provide effective supervision through advice and guidance on training, consultation, and evaluation to ensure a high standard of professional care, safeguarding and protecting the wellbeing of PwD students. Promote and efficiently work with multidisciplinary PwD team settings. Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in special education or rehabilitation specialty. Five (5) years of experience facilitating evidence-based training modules and evaluating staff and student performance in accordance to benchmark in an academic and/or therapeutic setting for PwD children.
