Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager – Fit-Out, located in Doha, Qatar. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered within the agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include project scheduling, managing resources, coordination with vendors and stakeholders, tracking project progress, managing logistics, performing inspections, and resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. The role also involves monitoring procurement and expediting processes to meet project milestones effectively.

Qualifications

• PMP Project Management Professional certified
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.Proficient in Project Management techniques, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing interior fit-out projects.Experience in Expediting and streamlining processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Skilled in Expeditor tasks, Logistics Management, and overseeing supply chain processes.
• Knowledgeable in performing inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with project specifications.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in fit-out or interior design projects is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
