About the job Your Task And Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee NDT inspection projects, ensuring manpower and resources meet project and contract requirements. Act as the primary point of communication between site personnel, internal departments, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and review job packs, method statements, and risk assessments while ensuring compliance with QHSE policies and international NDT standards. Provide technical support to clients and assist in the preparation of technical documentation and tender submissions. Supervise and support NDT personnel by conducting competency assessments, training coordination, and ensuring certification compliance. Your Qualifications B.Tech Mechanical Engineering Valid/NDT Level III Certification with M.Tech NDT (or equivalent qualification). Minimum 5 years of experience in NDT operations with proven project coordination or project management experience. Strong knowledge of international NDT codes, standards, and inspection procedures. Experience in procedure development, technical documentation, and inspection planning. Strong leadership, communication, and client coordination skills with the ability to manage teams and project deliverables effectively.
