Gain an in-depth understanding of customers and users and gather key insights that will shape the digital experience. Manage expectations with business sponsors and company executives. Manage cross-functional relationships with emphasis on decision-making over consensus. Identify future potential of products and get teams, customers and business network excited about it. Lead design and development teams to deliver high profile digital solutions and products. Define MVPs, manage product backlog priorities, and strategically de-scope to achieve rapid feedback cycles. Work closely with designers and engineers to define and drive product vision and lead. Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required for this role: Deep experience in digital product development and marketing Experience with designing creative, quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology. Experience of operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence Demonstrates thought leadership and is able to influence at all levels in the organization. Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping and analytics Knowledge of Lead and Agile software development processes Expertise across all areas of digital acquisition marketing including PPC, SEO, Social, Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and funnel optimization. Previous experience: 5+ years of total experience including 3+ years of experience in product development and marketing. Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus.
