Procurement Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for technical materials and services.
• Prepare, evaluate, negotiate, and administer purchase orders and contracts.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement planning and execution.
• Conduct supplier evaluations, tendering, bid analysis, and commercial negotiations.
• Expedite purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
• Resolve procurement-related issues, supplier discrepancies, and non-conformance matters.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier data in SAP.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures, audit requirements, and HSE standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and supplier relationship management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 6–7+ years of procurement experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong experience in EPC projects and/or operational procurement.
• Proven expertise in procurement of technical materials and services.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or other P2P ERP systems (SAP is mandatory).
• Excellent commercial negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices, contract administration, and supply chain processes.
