Planning Engineer

About The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Planning Engineer to support the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects by developing project schedules, monitoring performance, producing executive reports, and driving programme improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrated project schedules.

Monitor project progress against baseline programmes.

Produce executive dashboards and progress reports.

Forecast project completion dates and identify schedule risks.

Support project controls and capital investment planning.

Coordinate schedule reviews with project stakeholders.

Prepare delay analysis and recovery programmes.

Monitor contractor performance and reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 10 years’ planning experience on major infrastructure or utilities projects.

Advanced Primavera P6 experience.

Strong reporting and analytical skills.

Experience producing executive-level reports.

Knowledge of project controls and scheduling best practices.
