Ensure that items are packed securely and in compliance with company standards. Collaborate with team members to prioritize and fulfill orders efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including keeping packing materials stocked and organized. Perform quality checks on packed items to ensure they meet quality standards. Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or packing environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills.
