About the job ISS International Qatar WLL is looking for an Oil & Gas Technical Recruiter for a long-term job in Doha, Qatar. The candidate must be familiar with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, ATS, and job advertising, English fluent and be able to understand technical CVs for a wide range of profiles in the Oil & Gas Industry (engineering, Construction, Commissioning, O&M, etc.) Good Contracting And Negotiation Skills Are Required. Activities: Researching, identifying and presenting candidates Perform the successful recruitment (quality, speed, cost) Identifying recruitment sources, networking leads, social media opportunities, job fairs, advertising resources, and other tools to attract candidates Conduct assessments, differentiate candidate capabilities to short list and guide business on objective ratings to differentiate candidates Be the key engagement point for Candidates, considering their individual needs. Requirements: 4+ years’ experience in full cycle recruitment (job description creation, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting & closing) at least 2 years in the Oil and Gas industry (E&P, refinery, fertilizer, petrochemical, etc.). Experience with a variety of sourcing methodologies to include: headhunting, market mapping, Boolean searches, social media recruitment strategies, career sites, among others Strong negotiation, verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced working environment Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
