About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Offshore Facilities Commissioning Manager to join one of the most strategic offshore developments in the Middle East. This role is central to the Project, a major international initiative focused on delivering world-class offshore infrastructure in Qatar.
The successful candidate will lead and coordinate all commissioning activities across engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) phases, ensuring seamless execution from pre-commissioning to handover. Based in Doha, with scheduled travel to fabrication and offshore sites, you will play a vital role in shaping the operational success of this landmark project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all commissioning activities for offshore facilities from preparation through execution.
- Manage commissioning teams onshore and offshore, ensuring alignment with project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, project management teams, and operations to ensure integrated execution strategies.
- Provide expertise in commissioning procedures, system handover, and performance testing.
- Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to international and client-specific standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in commissioning roles within offshore Oil & Gas environments.
- Proven track record with EPC contractors and large-scale offshore projects.
- Willingness to travel internationally (e.g., China Yard and Offshore Qatar).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills in multicultural, multidisciplinary environments.
