Rotation: 91 days on / 16 days off

Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 5 days/week (9×5)

Accommodation: Onshore city accommodation provided

Allowances: Living and transportation allowances covered by the Client

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Offshore Facilities Commissioning Manager to join one of the most strategic offshore developments in the Middle East. This role is central to the Project, a major international initiative focused on delivering world-class offshore infrastructure in Qatar.

The successful candidate will lead and coordinate all commissioning activities across engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) phases, ensuring seamless execution from pre-commissioning to handover. Based in Doha, with scheduled travel to fabrication and offshore sites, you will play a vital role in shaping the operational success of this landmark project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all commissioning activities for offshore facilities from preparation through execution.
  • Manage commissioning teams onshore and offshore, ensuring alignment with project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with EPC contractors, project management teams, and operations to ensure integrated execution strategies.
  • Provide expertise in commissioning procedures, system handover, and performance testing.
  • Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to international and client-specific standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in commissioning roles within offshore Oil & Gas environments.
  • Proven track record with EPC contractors and large-scale offshore projects.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (e.g., China Yard and Offshore Qatar).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills in multicultural, multidisciplinary environments.
