About the job Job Description We’re hiring a Network Support Associate (Associate Engineer) to support critical network operations in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment. Key Responsibilities Participate in 24x7 operations support and on-call rotations Monitor network health and respond to incidents via NMS tools Support migration activities, including configuration, validation, and cutovers Troubleshoot issues across legacy and live network environments Execute service requests and changes following structured processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors during maintenance windows Maintain documentation, network diagrams, and operational records What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in IP/MPLS network environments Strong foundation in routing (OSPF, IS-IS, BGP) and MPLS technologies Hands-on experience with multi-vendor platforms (Cisco, Huawei, Juniper) Exposure to L2/L3 VPN services and service migration workflows Ability to support live network operations and complex cutovers CCNP (or equivalent) certification preferred Role Highlights Full-time, long-term opportunity (multi-year engagement) Involvement in critical network migrations and operations 24x7 support environment with hands-on exposure Onsite support and field activity required when needed
