A highly connected and accomplished Managing Director – Qatar to lead market presence and operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be a senior business leader with strong expertise in capital relationships, advisory services, and strategic partnerships across the MENA region.

The candidate must have a proven track record of raising USD 500M+ from MENA-based investors and possess strong, established relationships across private, semi-government, and government sectors in Qatar and the wider region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the firm’s Qatar operations and market presence.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders across:
• Government entities
• Semi-government organizations
• Private sector leaders
• Sovereign wealth funds
• Family offices
• Institutional investors
• Drive capital-raising initiatives and advisory mandates.
• Identify and execute strategic investment and partnership opportunities.
• Represent the firm in high-level engagements with decision-makers and industry leaders.
• Build a strong local ecosystem to support business growth.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in investment advisory, private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic consulting.
• Proven ability to raise USD 500M+ in capital from MENA investors.
• Exceptional network and credibility with senior stakeholders across Qatar’s government, semi-government, and private sectors.
• Strong relationships with investors, family offices, institutional capital providers, and business leaders.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in establishing and scaling business operations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
