Job Purpose: Provides consultative support and technical expertise in Pre-Sales stage of sales opportunity. Works in close coordination with solution architect and customer IT team to develop managed service solution design for specific customer requirements. Responsible for coordinating with internal departments and external vendors to develop valid solution designs and pricing that leverage Etisalat products and services to address these requirements. Provide subject matter expertise and support to solution architect team. Key Responsibilities: Act as a Technical Presales to support opportunities around Etisalat managed services solutions while working closely with other solutions architect, practice manager, managed services team members and delivery teams. Identifies and clarifies customers’ current and future business initiatives and needs and respective technical requirements. Collects information from customer about their existing IT and network infrastructure and conducts gap analysis. Be responsible for designing complex, multi-year, transformational managed services solutions that integrate People, process, technology and facility/location components into an effective and efficient solution, while considering data sovereignty and regulatory mandates. Prepare proposals/Presentations/statement of work (SOWs), effort and pricing estimates and respond to RFIs/RFPs by articulating Etisalat’s Managed service value proposition against the customer defined requirements and propose winning solutions across Infrastructure Management, Data Center transformation, Networking as a Service. With your technical experience, you are expected to drive the pre-sales engagements focused on developing business case (commercial and technical) for network transformation and managed services and ensure client expectations are met by quality output. Assesses price, performance and quality relationships for each solution as well as its total cost of use. Compares possible Etisalat solutions with competitors’ solutions in terms of price, quality and performance and prepares supporting arguments for presentation and negotiation with customer. Proactively participate in developing market-driven competitive service offerings around Etisalat managed services and assist with developing content. Support and proactively engage with clients and internal stake holders on providing latest industry trends, changes in the networking landscape and Etisalat Managed services offering in internal/external events. Ensure both personal and professional skills are kept up to date for successful execution of role. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's degree in business in Information Technology or related fields. 8-10 years in managed service Presales / Solution design in telco and ICT industry
