Job Purpose: Responsible for day-to-day operations related to MSP products including revenue and sales, reporting, Pricing, Planning, Positioning, Channels, Processes and Systems. Design and deliver a winning Go-To-Market, with a Customer Centric Commercial model to achieve the revenue and ARPU performance. Key Responsibilities: Define and direct marketing programs for business development, demand creation, lead generation and maintaining services awareness and communication to external customers and partners for competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, and new markets development. Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements for the managed services & E-Care products. Work with the relevant internal teams to design execute new product development, platform deployments and services readiness. Evaluate and resolve technical feasibility, design optimization, and development issues that may arise during the development of managed services & E-Care products. Establish and execute go to market and awareness plans for managed services & E-care products. Support sales/pre-sales in solutions designs/clarifications related to managed services & E-care products for customer opportunities. Responsible for documentation of technical and commercial details of managed services & E-care products. To liaise with vendors and suppliers for technical updates and support for the technologies used. Develop business cases related to MSP products in order to determine business feasibility and obtain execution approvals. Document, communicate and ensure compliance with the product features, boundaries and profiles. Document the products in a “Product Book” and keep it updated. Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product. Perform product demos to customers. Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals. Deliver product revenue forecasts. Develop sales tools and collateral. Prepare product related reports to provide 360 views on product performance. Brief and train the sales force on the products. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Computer Science / Information Technology or related fields. Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management/ Development
