Kitchen and Lanudry Technician

A Kitchen and Laundry Technician will support the Engineering Team to efficiently maintain all hotel operations such that safety, security, conversation, and compliance are ensured at the highest levels.

What will I be doing?

As a Kitchen & Laundry Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of kitchen and laundry equipment across the property. You will ensure all systems function reliably and efficiently, contributing to energy conservation and smooth hotel operations. Specifically, you will:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on kitchen and laundry equipment
• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests and breakdowns
• Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure equipment meets operational standards
• Support energy-saving initiatives and recommend system improvements
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in clean and safe condition
• Stay current with technical training and industry best practices

• Ability to work independently and meet operational deadlines
