Key Elements for success: • Excellent CAD skills. • Robust capability to create technical drawings and plans. • Good construction detailing skills. • Site experience preferred. • Proven expertise in Residential / Hospitality /Retail (development/design) projects. • Ability to collaborate with others to solve problems. • Adept at outlining project's construction process via technical drawings. • Proficient in maintaining CAD standards and blocks and ensure all standard plans comply. • Foster team work and collaborate with internal team & external consultants to prepare, and develop presentations, drawings, FF&E with material boards and other documents relevant to design wherever applicable. Essential Criteria: • Must possess experience in 4 / 5 star hotel projects in The Middle East, Residential & Retail projects. • FF&E knowledge and experience is obligatory. • Proven experience with manufacturing processes and techniques. • Knowledge of materials and ability to detail to a high level. • Able to undertake responsibility of site measuring and drawing adjustments with our internal design team. • Ability to think creatively to respond to a variety of challenges within the design scope. • Competency in reading and interpreting plans.
