About the Role
Bridge Holding is hiring an Investor Relations Analyst to provide analytical and coordination support for our investor engagement and fundraising activities. You’ll maintain accurate LP (Limited Partner) records, support due diligence and investor reporting, and help prepare materials used in fundraising – working closely with Investment, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate investor meetings, calls, roadshows, and due diligence sessions, and track follow-up items to closure
- Maintain accurate investor profiles, commitment history, and communication records in the CRM
- Update fundraising pipelines and support subscription documentation and due diligence requests
- Help prepare pitchbooks, investor presentations, fund summaries, and roadshow materials
- Gather and consolidate fund/portfolio performance data, and support presentation of key metrics (IRR, MOIC, DPI, RVPI, TVPI)
- Assist in reviewing capital calls, distributions, and investor capital account statements
- Draft investor communications (emails, meeting summaries, updates) and track outstanding queries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in investor relations, investment banking, private equity, or asset management
- Working knowledge of investment/fund concepts and financial statements
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; CRM or virtual data room experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
